Q. What is terminal temp. difference?

Terminal temperature difference is the temp. difference to the inlet and outlet temp. of each of the fluids passing through a heat exchanger. The terminal temp. differences can  be obtained by noting the temp. rise of the coolant and the temp. drop of the fluid being cooled.
